Please note that each single copy of Gelios Inc. software must be licensed - one license per one domain name. Script ID and domain name information are automatically sent to our central server at the moment the software is installed. In case of unauthorized access, automatic notification with script ID, domain name, server IP and other information will be sent to the central server. License check is also completed while the system update.

In some cases of tech support we might need to use FTP access to scripts or to access PHPMYADMIN database.

Content Master CANNOT be used for the propagation, distribution, housing, processing, storing, or handling in any way of lewd, obscene, adult OR pornographic material, or any other material which is considered impermissible by the company including, but not limited to - pornography, adult materials, satanic materials, and any other materials of an adult nature.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Gelios Inc. disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability or availability of information or material displayed in the Gelios Inc. products’ and services’ results. Gelios Inc. disclaims any responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, misdelivery, or untimely delivery of any information or material. Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall Gelios Inc. or its licensors be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.

This terms of service represents the entire agreement between you and Gelios Inc. This Terms of Service supersedes any previous agreement. Additional terms and conditions may apply to additional software and services used or purchased through Gelios Inc. or a third party affiliate partner.

Gelios Inc. reserves the right to change any part of this Terms of Service agreement at any time without notification. Please refer back to this site from time to time to check for any updates.
